3 cupsfresh or frozen cranberries
3 cupsapples, coarsely chopped
1/2 cupsugar
1 tspcinnamon
1 tbsplemon juice
4 tbspall-purpose flour
3 tbspbrown sugar
3/4 cuprolled oats
3 tbspmargarine, melted

Preheat oven to 375 F. In a large bowl, combine cranberries, apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and 1 tbsp of flour.
Grease a 9-inch baking dish.
Spoon fruit mixture into a baking dish
In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, remaining flour, and rolled oats.
Stir in margarine and toss to combine.
Sprinkle topping over fruit mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes or until top is lightly browned and apples are tender.



Serve with vanilla ice cream.


Excellent source of fibre and a good source of vitamin D. A source of vitamin C, vitamin B6 and vitamin A.
