2 cupsfresh pineapple, cut into large chunks
2 pears, cored and cut into large chunks
1 juice of lemon
1/2 tspsugar
1 cupham, cooked and cut into large chunks (optional)
1 cupcheddar cheese, cubed
seedless grapes

Toss pears with lemon juice and sugar immediately after cutting. Arrange fruit, ham, cheese, and grapes on wooden skewers. Refrigerate until serving.



A fun and healthy snack for after school or work. Could also be served for breakfast.



Excellent source of vitamin C and thiamin. A good source of vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and zinc. A source of fibre, niacin, calcium and iron.
